1. Scope & Operator<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
These General Terms and Conditions (\u201cGTC\u201d) apply to all visitors of the virtual reality facility \u201cMeister VR\u201d, operated as a sole proprietorship by Dogan Lale, Kornhausstr. 1, 06846 Dessau-Ro\u00dflau, Tax Number: 114 243 02165. <\/p>
By making a booking, entering the premises, or using the VR equipment, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions in their current valid version.
The latest version can be accessed at any time at: www.meistervr.de\/agb<\/a><\/p>

2. VR-Specific Risk Disclosure<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
Physical & Physiological Risks<\/strong><\/p>
Motion sickness: nausea, dizziness, disorientation, sweating<\/li>
Vision problems: eye strain, blurred vision, temporary perceptual disturbances<\/li>
Disorientation & risk of falling: impaired spatial awareness increases the risk of collisions and falls<\/li>
Photosensitive reactions: flashing lights may trigger epileptic seizures<\/li>
Cardiovascular reactions: increased heart rate or blood pressure<\/li>
Risk of injury: especially during free-roaming experiences<\/li>
Hygiene risk: minimal residual risk despite disinfection<\/li><\/ul>
Contraindications \u2013 participation is prohibited in cases of:<\/strong><\/p>
Epilepsy or photosensitivity<\/li>
Heart conditions or pacemakers<\/li>
Pregnancy<\/li>
Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychoactive substances<\/li>
Severe balance disorders or recent eye surgery<\/li>
Severe mental illnesses<\/li>
Age under 6 years (no exceptions<\/li><\/ul>
STOP rule<\/strong><\/span>
Participation can be ended at any time without giving a reason.
Staff must be informed immediately. No costs or disadvantages will arise. <\/p>
<\/h3>3. Health Declaration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
By booking or giving consent, the participant confirms truthfully:<\/p>
No epilepsy<\/li>
No heart problems<\/li>
Not pregnant<\/li>
No influence of alcohol\/drugs<\/li>
No balance disorders<\/li>
No recent eye surgery<\/li>
No severe mental illnesses<\/li><\/ul>
In case of doubt, staff must be informed before participation.<\/p>

4. Voluntary Participation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
Participation is voluntary and can be ended at any time without giving a reason.
There is no obligation whatsoever<\/p>

5. Hygiene & Usage Rules<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
Hygiene<\/strong><\/p>
Equipment is disinfected after each use<\/li>
Hygiene protection is available<\/li>
Participation may be refused in case of illness.<\/li><\/ul>
Rules of Conduct<\/strong><\/p>
Use only after instruction<\/li>
Do not leave the play area<\/li>
No physical contact<\/li>
Report any discomfort immediately (STOP rule)<\/li>
Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas. In the party package area, bringing your own food or cake is permitted. <\/li>
Remove jewelry<\/li>
No recordings without consent<\/li><\/ul>
Maximum Session Duration<\/strong><\/p>
Ages 10\u201311: 15 minutes (break mandatory)<\/li>
12\u201315 years: 30 minutes<\/li>
16\u201317 years: 60 minutes<\/li>
Adults: 60 minutes<\/li><\/ul>
Staff may end sessions at any time.<\/p>

6. Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
There is no limitation of liability for damage to life, body, or health.
Liability for gross negligence or intent remains unaffected.
For slight negligence, liability exists only in the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
Contributory negligence will be taken into account (\u00a7254 BGB).<\/p>
Participants are liable for damage to equipment (e.g., approx. \u20ac700 per device).
No right of withdrawal for online bookings (\u00a7312g BGB).<\/p>

Data processing is carried out only with the consent of the legal guardians in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>

Parents\/legal guardians confirm their consent and acknowledgment of all risks.<\/p>

16. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
German law applies.
Invalid clauses do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
