A: Please be on time, as your session starts at the scheduled time. If you are late, we may not be able to guarantee the full playtime.
A: For your first visit, you should allow about 10 extra minutes. We’ll show you everything calmly so you can start relaxed. Next time, you can jump right in.

02. Prices & Payment
A: The pricing is straightforward: per person and depending on the duration (30 or 60 minutes). The total amount is displayed automatically in the booking system.
A: You can pay on-site with cash or card. Online payment via Stripe is also available.
A: Yes, all prices are final and include VAT.
A: Currently, we do not offer special discounts for pupils or students. Our pricing system is intentionally simple and fair for everyone.
03. VR experience for first-time visitors
A: Not at all. Most of our guests are first-timers. We’ll guide you step by step – no prior experience is needed.
A: No. The introduction (about 10 minutes) does not count toward your playtime.
A: For some people, it feels a bit strange at first. That’s normal and goes away quickly. Taking a short break helps immediately.
A: Our listed session durations include the entire experience, including your welcome, safety briefing, and gameplay.
For a 60-minute session, approximately 10 minutes are reserved for the introduction and safety briefing, leaving around 50 minutes of actual gameplay.
For a 30-minute session, approximately 10 minutes are reserved for the introduction and safety briefing, leaving around 20 minutes of actual gameplay.
This ensures that every guest is fully prepared and can enjoy the best possible VR experience.
A: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes – that’s all you need.
A: No, we provide all the equipment for you.
A: All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
A: Yes, in most cases that’s not a problem.
A: Most games are available in English, but many are also available in German. During the briefing, we’ll help you find suitable content.

04. Age Restrictions & Safety
A: Children from 6 years old can participate. For those under 18, we require parental or guardian consent.

A: The number of participants is flexible. Six people play at the same time, and the others take turns.
